Nino like the other towns in the Philippines is having the day of the Child. They pour not only water to everybody but also little gifts and surprises were thrown and give to the folks as giveaways and a way to make the festive happier. Coins, candies and other surprises were thrown on the processions as people catch them then everybody cheers. From young to old people wear red shirts or paint their face with red paints. The celebrations last for hours. Salibanda as it is called, yearly then this became a part of Pakil's culture and events.

Danilo E. Dalena is a visual artist. Many works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'Opening' sold at Leon Gallery, Makati 'The Magnificent September Auction' in 2014 for $74,412. Danilo Echavaria Dalena graduated with a fine arts degree from the University of Santo Tomas. He became known for raising the standards of editorial art in the Philippines during the early 1970s with his political cartoons and illustrations for the Free Press and Asia-Philippine Reader. Benito hails from Pakil, Laguna. She is a self-taught painter who first forayed into professional art in year 2007. She has participated in various local and international group shows and two one-woman exhibits, with the third one held last October at the Galerie Joaquin. Jovan Benito's Christmas-themed artwork graces Pan de Manila's paper bags and take-out boxes for the holidays. These are available in their branches outside shopping malls all over Metro Manila, Luzon, Cebu, and Iloilo. Her colorful taste in paints becomes a feminine rendered art into canvas and it attracts a family oriented eye that can feel happiness looking in her works.

September is the special month where Turumba procession is held in Pakil, Laguna. People especially  its own people working and residing somewhere in other cities, will go in their townhomes and commemorate the celebration of Turumba. With this special ocassion, family and friend reunions also happens. In this crucial events in this town, giving special treatment to Mother Mary is the center of attention. People pray and reenact the founding of Turumba. At the Turumba Shrine starts and end the Turumba procession. The folks dance with hymn of Turumba and shouted Sa Birhen!.

Vincent is known for being a nice person and no matter what happen his own vocabulary dictates as "BUSY" person. People decide him to become a leader for any purpose and must be the cause of having him assigned the leadership is about changes. Leadership is one of his skills as he takes courses about governance and being in the family of excellent skills like his mother, father and now the Chief of Police, his brother. His adventures in politics and leadership can viewed in various publications, even in national newspapers. His excellent character has proven by the results he made and the careers he had tackeled. Pakil folks are hungry of good leadership because of their desire for big leap of changes. Some of them think this as simple as changing their chief or mayor to implement this assumption. Opinions were flooded before but changes in a community of thousand population does not rely on its leaders but also within the power of its people. Opinions is not strong enough if it is not supported by strong evidence, facts and theories. To make a big leap of changes, people should campaign for exposing more reliable information within its community such as solutions to problems, guarding people's funds, government transactions and mediocre activity of their leaders or irresponsible acts. Election is a better way to changes and this opportunity should be given much crucial decisions among Pakilenos to cooperate with positive acts to be orchestrated by its people.
